AI and QC are probabilistic systems that are complex, dense, obtuse—and not always right. Mistakes will occur; errors will be made. Harm caused. Lawsuits will follow. Liability looms. The session will discuss whether and how AI and QC algorithms and systems can meet evidentiary requirements under leading cases and show they are authentic, relevant, accurate, and not unfairly prejudicial.
