While recenty having brought to market a global developed Cyber Security Resource Planning solution (ERP for Cyber), it had become ubundantly clear that significant blindspots across software and hardware remiained. To eliminate this a cross map of business initiatives to areas such as application portfolio management was required. This lead to a discovery related to software supply chain risk. To move to more transparent and quantifiable assesments methods were required that eliminated silo's. This includes those related to business, risk, audit, compliance, IT, and cyber. Once eliminated, the ability to crosswalk business and risk became achievable. By adopting processes that created collaboration between disparate groups, a pathway was discovered and adopted by leading global organizations. We will discuss the intersection of Risk Objectives, Risk, Cyber, Procurement, Audit, compliance, and IT. This dynamic, entertaining, and highly engaging session will leave participants with clear and actionable methods to identify and quantify risk related to the software supply chain. Additionally, it will provide actionable information, consumable by business and technologists alike. More specific, elements will speak to Business, Cyber, Risk, Legal, Procurement, IT, Compliance, and Audit team members.
