This presentation will focus on the Russian security services (FSB, GRU, SVR) and their cyber-enabled capabilities. It will explore the mandates of each agency, their organizational structure and how their respective cyber capabilities fit within each of them.The intent is to demystify Russian cyber capabilities and debunk the myth of the omnipresent Russian hacker by understanding their respective organizational cultures and priority intelligence requirements.
