The Cyber Readiness Institute developed the Certified CRI Coach program to help small and medium-sized businesses complete the Cyber Readiness Program. Using a pilot program with water utilities, vulnerable to cyber incidents due to their reliance on interconnected digital systems. This session will illustrate coaches' effectiveness in helping organizations enhance their cyber readiness.
