This lab will teach attendees about materiality not only from the typical financial perspective, but we will translate that to cyber materiality. What it is and how to explain cyber materiality to the Board. This lab will use real case studies including one from Intel which was the first public company back in 2010 to disclose a cyber incident in it's SEC filings.
