The emergence of artificial intelligence warrants substantial rethinking of many of the legal and policy considerations that underlie much of modern society. This session will discuss the ethical, legal, and policy considerations in play and what perhaps is being overlooked. We will examine the governance structures and benchmarks that can help with a successful implementation and minimize risk.
