For decades, the seven-layer Open Systems Interconnection networking model has provided a common language for discussing technology. But the OSI model infamously fails to account for the most important part of any network: People. As an industry, we have long said "?the people are the weakest link"? and rely on AI and other compensating technologies to address this. The vast majority of breaches still involve the human element. However, AI is still not as good as people are at many tasks. How do we change the paradigm to help our non-technical colleagues become one of our greatest strengths instead of the weakest link?
