Successful IT teams don't happen by accident. Successful teams are supported by tooling, proven processes, and good documentation. I have 25 years of experience being a member of and leading teams. In this talk, I'll cover some of the strategies that have helped enable successful teams and share some of my own failures that prevented teams from being successful. I'll also cover a project I've released to help automate building .NET tooling using Microsoft's free Azure DevOps pipelines. While I current work as the principal consultant of a penetration testing firm, these strategies and tools can be used by both red and blue teams.
