Deploying a WAF is among the hardest IT security projects. It requires implicit trust and support between IT Security and AppDev. A WAF project demands networking, traditional IT architecture, cloud architecture and app development skills. This session will explore the challenges, the ‘short cuts’, and the tips and tricks learned in deploying more than 30 WAFs in under one quarter.
