Switzerland was the first jurisdiction to allow for trading of crypto currencies within a fully regulated environment.This is possible due to the very progressive approach of FINMA, the Swiss regulator. We explain this approach and the options it offers, especially to Fintech’s.This approach also allows for a new type of bank – a fully regulated hybrid bank.
