A key element of 5G adoption is the ability for MNO’s to utilise Network Slicing. While full optimisation of this feature will require a Standalone infrastructure, we can already predict the competitive advantage and KPI’s and new services this network virtualization will give operators for example, network-as-a-service capabilities which gives the consumer the exact capabilities they require at any given time. With this in mind, how will MNO’s approach and adapt to this level of customisation?
