There will be a discussion on how to prepare and defend against ransomware. We will also take a look into how RSA leverages its visibility tools to seek out obfuscated threat actors before they do harm which can be key in preventing ransomware attacks. This exercise will provide a foundational methodology used by RSA threat hunters to sift through large amount of data quickly without using alerts or automation. We will also apply this methodology to one or two use cases provided by RSA in a demo format. It will be an open forum in which we hope questions will be asked and ideas will be shared. No one person knows it all so please show up ready to hear and be heard.
