Establishing a Statement of Work (SOW) to manage the engagement and delivery outcomes is a non-negotiable. You owe it to yourself and your customer to establish and document mutual agreement on the work to be performed. This applies to a consultant - client relationship and is especially crucial for internal company teams to effectively support. In this session attendees will learn; the Fundamental (and often neglected) art and value of using a SOW to initial scope and manage various aspects of the investigation. SOWs are a simple, ZERO-cost, yet incredibly effective tool and should be used by every forensicator and forensic program, whether a consultant services model or simply an internal team supporting their own enterprise.
