The insurance industry has established data breach coaching as the universal method for handling cyber insurance incident response claims. This law-led approach maximizes the protections of the privileges and confidentialities of the attorney-client relationship. This panel will describe the model and its use cases for enveloping cyber services (and all its resulting data) underneath law firm cyber risk advisory.
