Product development inextricably requires good user experience for successful launch. Dr. Behrens will provide the context (and supporting artifacts) for how privacy engineering can positively impact design of user interfaces. Documents and process flows will be provided and reviewed in this interactive session. Attendees will learn how to apply the discipline of privacy engineering with the UI/UX team through analysis of elements such as copy/content, icons and graphics, font colors/sizes, notification timing, layered notifications through invoking comprehensive and balanced privacy controls and using UX tools (such as A/B testing) to determine positive customer experience.
