Cell phone call detail records (CDRs) can be a challenging topic for anyone to testify on in court. Without proper knowledge and training on what to say and how to say it, it is very easy for these records to be suppressed due to poor interpretation or lack of understanding of the technology. During this session the presenter will share how to properly understand the key technical aspects of the CDRs, how to present them in court with proper terminology and how to defend yourself when questioned on the stand. The session will also go over significant case law that may be brought up that could impact the court proceedings.
