We're seeing a lot of changes in privacy law and security regulations in both the EU and US. Some of these are beneficial whileothers may make us less safe and free. I'll discuss the current state of GDPR compliance and enforcement (The EU's General Data Protection Regulation) and recent US SEC guidance on reporting security breaches.
