While companies are panicking over Ransomware attacks, some fears are unfounded. For every major attack there are a dozen fake campaigns and poorly written ransomware that can be blocked, or recovered, with little effort. This talk goes beyond the standard day-to-day malware and focuses on the oddities that often just scare companies into paying without there being any danger.
