In this talk Volker Kozok gives an insight into Russian cyber warfare strategy and some examples of Russian and Ucrainain hacking activities, with the main focus on the well known hacker group ” Cyber Berkut“. Volker gives examples of patriotic cyber crime activities, hacktivism and state sponsored attacks. The second part of the talk is about narratives and Russian propaganda, mainly about the one disseminated in Germany, and the role of trolls and Social Bots.
