Abstract: We have a massive global cyber security skills gap. Despite numerous efforts to fill this gap it is still there and widening more than we like. Our respective nations need new ways of tackling our skills challenge and we need to think about which new models can help solve this underpinning problem and look at where innovative policy and educational approaches might help address this shortage..
