Presented at CISOmontreal 2015 by

An open and innovative culture can’t exist without access to timely and reliable information. Even so, workers spend too much time searching for information, and even when they find it, the information may well be out of date or dead bolted behind restrictions. To unlock innovation, CIOs must focus on the multiple facets of the seemingly simple concept of information. This requires seeing information management through a socio-technological lens, where information silos disappear and enable commoditized IT to push employees to greater heights. Denis Normand will explore the concept of information and deliver his strategy for building a coalition for information sharing that leverages today’s IT toward better information governance. This presentation will be in English.
