Earlier this year, we decided to launch our first social engineering attack against our own company. We used attacks over email (Win a $50 Gift Card!) and the phone (This is John with IT...). The results were frightening, and at sometimes amusing. Join me as I recount the journey from less than stellar SE results to employees who to date have stopped all kind of virus infections, wire fraud, and our repeated attempts to get at their passwords.
