System Implementation Quality Assurance (SIQA) can be the essential component to help guide the implementation of complex, multi-phased systems within an organization. An integrated, objective analysis of the implementation can provide the organization with an independent assessment to aid decision making and provide a estimation as to whether a system has or will achieve the business objectives that are being sought. In this session we will discuss the aspects of a SIQA, how they can be effective, and in some cases not effective, toward helping an organization through the difficult processes of a system implementation.
