This conversation in privacy follows on from discussions that took place during the recent IAPP Europe Data Protection Intensive in London with the goal to explore the need for convergence and simplification in international privacy standards, primarily in regards to BCRs, Safe Harbor and privacy seals. Our expert panel will address the following question: How can regulators simplify the approach for multinational organisations while ensuring EU privacy requirements are met and international data flows are not impeded?
