Presented at CSAWthreads 2014 by

CRITs (Collaborative Research Into Threats) is an open source malware and threat repository that leverages other open source software to create a unified tool for analysts and security experts engaged in threat defense. It's used in hundreds of organizations so internal groups can work cooperatively to centralize their intelligence. In this presentation, MITRE's Michael Goffin and Wesley Shields will cover the basic concepts of Threat Data, Artifacts, and Intelligence as well as what CRITs is, what it can do, and how you can extend it to do more.
