In their quest to create a new global IT model, Oshkosh Corporation has been setting the stage for a cultural transformation. The difference maker for Oshkosh thus far has been their commitment to establishing a vision, charting the course and attracting an enterprise-level team while supporting operations across 15 companies and four segments. As a result, the IT workforce has embraced the coming change and has the support they need to streamline IT processes worldwide.
