CRITs (Collaborative Research Into Threats) is an open source malware and threat repository that leverages other open source software to create a unified tool for analysts and security experts engaged in threat defense. It's used in hundreds of organizations so internal groups can work cooperatively to centralize their intelligence. In this presentation, MITRE's Michael Goffin will cover the basics of what CRITs is, what it can do, and how you can extend it to do more. Enjoy Micheal's first talk on CRIT since it went open-source a few weeks ago.
