A candid interactive discussion of what it means for women to "lean in" and "lean out" of leadership at various points in their lives, with a special emphasis on how women can learn from and capitalize on personal and career transitions. Each of the panelists come with their own unique story of how they have "leaned in" to leadership, and the session will touch on issues of power, influence, and resiliency. With the expectation that the audience may include people who are both "leaning in" and "leaning out," the panel will offer perspective, inspiration and context. The panel will also explore whether there is need/desire for a greater mentoring role between Boomer women who have "leaned in" and Millennial women who are on the cusp of doing so.
