First, we will look at the most critical compliance obligations for those entities covered by the HIPAA rules, focusing on the biggest areas of ongoing challenge. Second, we'll focus outside the HIPAA environment, on employers, health exchanges, medical devices and applications and other areas where the HIPAA rules don't apply and where there is an ongoing struggle to define applicable rules and compliance obligations.
