In this presentation Allan will discuss the landscape of next generation authorization, and discuss some of the challenges faced as we move forward. Examining UMA (User Managed Access) as an emerging standard, he will present use cases of how it meets both the individual use cases as well as those of the enterprise. He will show how UMA could address many of them in an open, lightweight approachable way, while still allowing and interoperating with other technologies in the space.
