End-user security behavior is a human problem, not a technology problem. But there are proven methods for changing human behaviors that are effective and inexpensive. The principles of behaviorism can address and change bad end-user habits with little to no budget. In this session, Cardinal Health’s Mark Tomallo covers strategies that identify specifi c goals for behavioral training, leverage low and no cost methods that garner actual results, and elicit feedback from executives and employees. This approach can be adapted to any environment with a little creativity, executive support and a ski mask.
