There is general consensus among CISOs that business enablement should be foundational to an effective risk management strategy. When Devin Cambridge took charge of building a data center in Germany, this philosophy was tried and tested as he maneuvered the obstacle course of legal, political and business roadblocks to effective risk management. In this session, he’ll use the project and others as case analyses for identifying, evaluating, assigning and remediating risk, and offer best practices that can be applied to any enterprise process to answer the question: How do I know when someone is taking too much risk?
