Lean is a popular approach in building startups. Hackers are learning to be lean as well to get more profit with less cost. We explore how hackers are doing more with less and how the infosec community must respond. Social networks, search engine optimization and cloud platforms are providing efficient architectures for attackers. We look at specifics and countermeasures.
