Cyber threats to critical infrastructure routinely make the news, but what do these threats actually mean for the ICS security community? This talk will begin with an overview of the current cyber threat landscape and a fact-based analysis of the offensive capabilities available to threat actors. Following that, the discussion will turn to the motivations of nation state and other advanced actors to target ICS and will conclude with an examination of publically discussed incidents of critical infrastructure targeting.
