The idea of SCADA or ICS honeynets is not knew, but many of the ICS honeynets deployed to date have been highly unrealistic. Any attacker who had seen an ICS would quickly realize it is not a real system or is so small that is not worth attention. The HoneyTrain Project is a honeynet that simulates the Nurenberg rail system in Germany. In this session Ms. Krotofil will detail: - how a realistic points list was created - how realistic control system traffic is generated - how realistic displays were created - how attacks on the honeynet are classified The session will conclude with a quick summary of activity seen to date.
