As the rapid development of IT technology, cryptographic modules are widely used in the electronic devices used in our daily life. For example, AES module has already been added into iPhone. As common commodities, more and more electronic devices including cryptographic modules may be manufactured and sold all around the world. On the other hand, because cryptographic modules are the foundation of a nation’s information security, every government usually maintains its own cryptographic module validation and certify scheme. Thus, the certify interoperability between different countries are becoming more and more important to promote the currency of these electronic devices. In this prensentaion, a study on the certify interoperability of commercial cryptographic module validation is presented. Through comparing the commercial cryptographic module validation of China with that of other major countries, the available ways of certify interoperability of commercial cryptographic module validation are discussed, and some suggestions are also demonstrated.
