This workshop will interactively introduce the best practices and methodologies available for managing the most common security incidents and those with the greatest impact on the availability, stability and reliability of Internet systems and networks. The role of Internet service providers in cyber security topics will also be discussed in depth, analyzing different points of view: customers, the community and governments.
