"The MS-ISAC CERT provides a number of services to the nation's state, local, territorial and tribal (SLTT) governments, including incident response, malware analysis and computer forensics, and penetration testing. Adnan also oversees the operation of a state-of-the-art forensics lab. The lab has been used by national law enforcement agencies on various cyber crime and fraud cases. Additionally, a number of state and local governments have used the MS-ISAC CERT and its forensics capabilities for investigating cyber incidents./p> Adnan coordinates with various partners in the public and private sectors, including the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and national, state and local law enforcement in identifying and responding to cyber security incidents. Prior to joining the MS-ISAC, Adnan served as a member of the NYS Incident Response Team. He has a B.S. in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics, and an M.S. in Computer Science from University at Albany."
