"There is no doubt that Flash Player has been a major target for online security. Additionally, the upcoming Windows 8 will have integrated Flash which increases the security concerns. The speaker has been taking a significant effort on the application for the recent years which includes tracking almost every disclosed & non-disclosed Flash vulnerability, performing projects on examining the Flash architecture, as well as developing innovative application-specific exploitation and fuzzing techniques. This presentation aims to share his personal experiences and insights from a researcher's perspective. The evolution, the security review on current Flash Player, and future opportunities will be discussed."
