A strategic approach to enable collaborative automation is to make better use of Service Cloud technology. This presentation will examine how such an approach should enable the accommodation of solutions for manufacturing and process operation, maintenance and engineering while integrating better with higher level supply, energy, delivery, production and business systems. Key considerations of this approach include intra- and cross-domain integration and technology interoperability, and providing relevant device and system security, stability and availability.
