The process for responding to these has to encompass every aspect of an enterprise's business as well as its partners and customers. We will cover the initial identification and categorisation of an incident, the response process and the alerting of all elements of a global business. The challenges one is faced by such as time zones, languages as well as cultural differences affecting working days and weekends. The management of the incident with all the disparate business units and the challenges they face both technically and from a communications point of view. Finally, we will address the release of a solution and the inevitable post mortem of the incident. "
