Presented at Black Hat Europe 2025 by

The Cyber Security and Resilience Bill is the proposed update to the UK's existing Network and Information Systems Regulations 2018. It is expected that the primary legislation will be introduced to Parliament by the time of Black Hat Europe. The primary legislation establishes the basic guardrails and objectives of the legislation, but the more specific regulatory detail will be outlined in the secondary legislation, which is introduced after the primary legislation has been enacted. This session will offer Black Hat Europe's attendees the opportunity to influence that secondary legislation. Come and provide your perspective on what should - or should NOT - be included in the requirements.
